BLADE
The BLADE series of traction kites is
the latest development in ram-air inflated traction kites.
It's a competition kite, designed and manufactured to achieve maximum
efficiency, power output,
lift and manoeuvrability.
It's a kite for expert flyers into advanced and
extreme traction activities.
It can be used as a two line or a four line kite
which makes it first choice for all traction activities including Kite Surfing,
Buggying, Snowboarding and more. Its advanced elliptical wing section with
cell-to-cell venting ensures that the kite stays inflated, preventing frontal
collapse and enhancing recovery capability.
They are made from Chikara ripstop
nylon, a high quality material which combines lightness and strength for high
performance flying. The compact bridle assembly minimises drag and the wide mesh
gauze on the leading edge makes it easy to empty sand and water from the kite.
Recommended for intermediate to advanced flyers only and for those with no fear!

Notes on Flying
Lines
 |
Flexifoil flying lines are pre-stretched but it is still advisable
to stretch them yourself before flight.
|
 |
If in doubt, always err on the side of safety and choose the
stronger line combination.
|
 |
Flexifoil have two flying line ranges - one for land use and one
for water and snow use.
The water/snow line is coloured for visibility, floats on water for
safety and is made from high quality Dyneema. Available in 30m and
40m lengths. The flying line for land use is also made from high
quality Dyneema and is available in 25m and 40m lengths. |

Flying Blades on
Two Lines
All Blades can be flown on
two lines with a control bar. To determine the strength of the lines,
use the "Main Lines" recommendations on the line table. If you
have a three/four line control bar , you will need bothe the Main and
the Brake lines.
For the Blade 4.9 and 7.2, we recommend the Flexifoil "Turn
accelerator cross-over kit" which greatly increases the turn
rate and therefore the performance of the kite.
For maximum performance, we recommend that you use only genuine
Flexifoil parts and accessories.
